I never write bad reviews, but in this case I feel I must. I have been taking my car to Avril's to be cleaned on and off for 13 years. The level of customer service and quality work on my car has dropped to an all time low! I will never take my car there again. Please don't waste your money on this place unless you want to wait forever on your car to be washed and you enjoy employees with horrible attitudes. Unlike anything I have experienced in quite some time. I was as polite as I could be until the very end of my awful experience today. Then, I just had to give the nasty cashier a piece of my mind. He definitely got my point, but I am sure nothing will change with his attitude. I waited on my car to be finished for almost an hour on a Monday morning, and the place was not very busy at all. In addition, the cashier was rude and condescending when answering two very simple and valid questions I asked when I arrived and when I left. He should be fired as it is clear he hates his job and despises working with the general public. Again, don't waste your money. Avril's is absolutely not the business it used to be.
Took my car, which is 10 years old and rarely gets washed, for a full detailing. Wow, my car looked amazing when they were done. I did notice a few spots of dirt that were missed near my trunk, but given what I gave them to start with, I can't complain. Also paid to get my headlights restored. This did not go so well. Although they looked great the day I picked up my car, it's been 3 months and now you can't tell anything was ever done to them. So that was definitely a disappointment.
3. No attention to detail - they completely missed all interior surfaces and leather seats. They did not clean the interior running board. Overall, really poor job on the inside.
Convenient and local and car comes out clean enough but I've only been once because they are sooooo sloooow. Only go if you've got a good 90 minutes to sit and stare at everyone else waiting for 90 minutes.
I would not recommend this car wash for any reason. Too expensive especially for the price.

Great place. Exterior and interior cleaning for $20. Can't beat it. Usually, in and and out around 30-45 min. Staff is always friendly. I always recommend.
