They do a pretty good job! I like that they have coffee and popcorn and a place to sit. It makes taking your car for a cleaning more pleasant!
Place is empty guys, stop giving Me a hard time for following your own rules. and it doesn't cost $40 for a light wash.
Went in for a quick wash.. bit a dirt on the work van. Wanted $40 to give it a clean. No thankyou. Tried to leave, through the section clearly signed as "exit", had all the guys yelling at me, telling me to awkwardly go around again. And leave the empty place through the entry.
It was ok. Layout is hard to navigate. People are nice. But the wash did not clean my car all the way. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
Find another full service car wash, don’t waste your money. I told myself last time I wouldn’t return but I wanted to give them another try. Just like the last time I was here... I paid $40 to have the extortion and interior done. Exterior looks great but interior is half complete at best. Under the seats, just out of eye sight, wasn’t even vacuumed, the dash was half wiped off and some parts weren’t even touched. Now I have to go come and finish the job... which $40 should have been done....
I came in this evening and selected the wash option just above the basic. Although I liked how fast the service was, I was disappointed that this location did not have the self serve vacuums. The gentleman who was explaining different options to me was very gentle and kind to me, which I appreciated, but he wanted me to buy a higher package - I declined. What made me rate them 3 stars was after I got out my car, I saw dirt on the top of my car as well as on the sides on the trunk. This was not old dirt either, which I could understand. I got a lysol wipe and wiped it right off. I felt as if the washer should have gotten this dirt off.
Pretty crappy first and last impression of the place.
Between going to a gas station to finish vacuuming my car and wiping the dirt spots off my car as well, I felt that I did not get my money's worth, however the other spots were cleaned well by the machine. I'll give them another try, but just not in the near future.
