Second time visiting Wish Wash and I always have a great experience! Never any pressure into buying other things (just recommendations). I’ll be back for my next one.
I visited yesterday and it took close to four hours for a full detail. The staff was very respectful however the servicing of my Saab was terrible. They left wax residue all over the place and did not wipe completely. I had to remind them to remove window debris which later they did willingly. The inside still had dust, cloth remnants, and globs of wax that was not wiped properly on the seats and door locks. They did not even vacuum my empty trunk nor remove the debris (maybe that is not added). The mats were overly damp and have not dried since so I have to dry them in the sun. Also, there was lots of dirt that had not been wiped away along the door frame. I still provided a $20 tip for the $119 service however, I will not be back. I understand that you informed me that you have been detailing all day with 6 cars prior to mine but I expect to receive what I paid for and I expect to receive the same energy as the first one detailed. For the time and money, I could have done the job correctly myself.
After regular drive through car wash, inside of 1st car left without carpets cleaned, under strearing wheel dirty, stains inside driver/passenger windows & doors, & console not wiped clean. Took 3 people to do this work. 2nd car run through hand wash resulted in chipped paint off 6 different areas on car.
I visit this location once a month and usually get the $30-$35 inside and out! Exceptional service. Only complaint is they will half due the inside at times but other than that. They’re great!
We are on the monthly plan and it is great. We are on the road a lot with ministry around the country and always come in to Wish Wash for cleaning inside and outside. The crew is great. They are all friendly and do a great job. It’s nice to have a clean vehicle to go out on the road. Will recommend the monthly service to anyone.
