I went to get my car waxed and emissions done. I come back several hours later, and my car had not been cleaned because "it was too dirty to do it at that price.". I don't mind, except that they let me walk around for hours at the nearby Goodwill. They didn't call, and I attempted to call them, but my calls went to voicemail. I doubt I will be visiting here again... But the Goodwill was great.
I am very disappointed in today's service. I started bringing my car here a couple of weeeks ago and have been at least 4 times prior to this visit. I have always raved about Pro Touch and have always been impressed. Today however changed my opinion. The owner was not on site when I got here and the lack of respect by the people who work here was just disgusting. I asked for a certain person and someone was quick to comment rang they all wash cars. Is it a crime to have a preference of who touches my car? I am the one paying money to get my car washed after all.
I have been sitting outside since 4:50pm, the car went in to be washed at 6:00pm and my car is just now getting dried at 6:30pm. If I knew I was going to be sitting here this long I would've just left. The person washing my car has taken several "smoke breaks" and has just been "hanging out" with everyone else who is just sitting around. My car was the only car here when I arrived and is still the only car present. I think from now on I will only come when the owner is here.
The guys here are good, they can take upwards of two hours to have something to do, but if you've got that time, they'll make your car sparkle from the inside out. Typical $20 fee but they do a great job. Seating area is a covered spot outside with some places around to grab a bite to eat while you wait.
Hand wash only. Did an good job. I've been detailing for 15 years and you can't beat a hand wash. Machines scratch and tochless don't remove all the grime. Best value right here. Art knows his stuff.
