Love the location - a little oasis at Lindbergh. Great transportation hub and people watching, Good coffee and food. Very well managed and operated.
Pleasant ambience with a variety of seating arrangements. Coffee is good; the only food I've tried is the grilled cheese which I do not recommend unless you're just really hungry. The main problem with this place is that they can't handle a crowd. I meet someone for tutoring here twice per week, and every time it's crowded they forget my coffee entirely. When it's empty, they often serve me directly which is really nice. I don't expect that service when it's crowded, and I also don't mind having to remind them about my order. However, they earn top dollar because they are located next to a transit station: in such a high-traffic area they really should be able to handle a crowd. it's not 5-star service; I've been coming here almost weekly for 6 months and they've forgotten my coffee maybe 10% of the time...despite that, they've never offered me anything even though I'm a long-time repeat customer. I really don't expect anything and I'll still frequent the place, but if I'm being completely honest, 5-star service is a pretty high bar that they haven't met for me over 6 months of repeat business.
This place makes great coffee, great food and has a pleasant staff. The cold brew is my favorite. It's actually the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is modern and attracts a wide variety of people. I wish there was more seating though.

Great coffee there. I had breakfast couple of time. Good oatmeal, served with banana, some nuts.
the cheese croissant is great too. was quiet heavy if you need bigger bit.
