The place has a beautiful decoration, but the food is quite ordinary, bad even.
I've never submitted a review, but the experience was bad enough to warrant making an account.
Online pictures looked great and the reviews seemed decent so it was an attractive pick. The coffee and drinks came out and were delicious. Our server was great, but when the mains came out my plate looked rather soupy, but it was a plate of eggs, beans, avocado, and hash browns so I was hopeful mixing the eggs up would thicken and make the dish a little more cohesive. After eating one soupy egg I called for the manager, "Stephanie", who said I should have complained before even eating any of it [how does that work?] and after eating a single egg from the plate told me my meal couldn't be comped, but only made half off. She then proceeded to argue with me about how much of my food I ate and call me a liar. This is ridiculous because I didn't remotely finish or enjoy the plate of food. When I told her this, she kept going into the back and hiding [I guess trying to get us to give up and just pay?] which eventually we did pay, but only because she began threatening to call the police on us. Accidents happen in this industry; both I and the other guest have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 5 years and this type of business practice is basically extortion. Stephanie is an unprofessional, rude person who feigns professionalism and forces guests into paying for poor quality food at $10 a plate. I will never return to any of this company's businesses and would STRONGLY ADVISE against anyone else considering giving their business to this company and their borderline-criminal practices.
Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had.
Very interesting Aztec kind of vibe. Good food. Not very many options if you are a vegan, but the few foods I could choose from were good. I would definitely recommend the rosemary potatoes. Packed with lots of flavor. Overall, there was a nice vibe and I can only imagine how lively this place is at night!
Parking in the rear. Just letting out of towners know. You need to try this place. Coffee great, food great, service awesome. This place has flavor. Excited to visit next year and come back here everyday of my trip.
The service was a joke too.
I love this spot!! This was my 3rd visit and the service was fantastic! Decor is exceptional and the food on point!!!
