She promised on the spot to make it up to me and she definitely did! I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was friendly, very informative, and just an overall pleasant person. I was worried at first cause I’m specific about my eyebrows and this is my first time visiting. But my eyebrows came out perfectly. She also evened my eyebrows out. Looks good and clean inside. 10 stars
