The WORST!! Went there to get a brow wax and the sanitary practices were horrible. The tech went out to the store in the plaza, came back, and started on my brows without washing her hands. The customer service wasn't much better. The tech seemed like she was having a bad day and when she finished she put a loyalty card in my face and that was it. I didnt receive any instructions on how to care for my brows post tint. After that experience, I chose to skip the salon and order the tint from them online. Big mistake. The developer came in a plain unmarked bottle and they sent the wrong color tint. Instead of simply replacing it, the owner went back and forth with me about what I ordered and to this day can not provide me with an accurate receipt. Keep in mind, I saw others online who were complaining about the same thing. I guess everybody ordered the wrong tint color by mistake?! Yea, right. This really was about the customer service because at the end of the day, things happen but the course of action is what matters. I felt deliberately conned. I really wanted to like and support this company but I'm done. I will NEVER spend my money with them again nor will I ever recommend them.
Toya was amazing! I love my brows! She was very friendly and professional. I love great customer service and they were the epitome of great customer service. They get 5 stars from me! Not everyone gets that from me!
This place is the worst ever. I ordered my borw tint at the BEGINNING of october, well lets see it is now November 25th, still nothing. I have reached out to them via email multiple times. I finaly got a reply stateing their ship date had been “pushed back” until November 20th. I am yet to receive even a confirmation number or shippment information. Even though i see where they took the money out of my account. I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. I have even tried calling BOTH their stores. AND YES DURING THEIR ALLEGED “BUISNESS HOURS”!!! And never gotten an answer or call back. My advice: do not order from them unless you love giving your money away to people for no reason!!!
I have called this place about 3-4 times in the matter of 3 weeks at different times and have not received a response! This is absolute ridiculous!!!
My experience was amazing . TOYA did an amazing job she sits 3rd chair on the left of the Buford highway store . She takes her time with you and she's a very great person. I recommend her anytime needs their brows done . Overall all the brow artist and staff are Great . keep up the amazing customer service brow bar.
