I visited this shop the other day. I like the vibe of it and the stylist around me were doing really great work. The issue that I had, is the person that did my hair said he knew how to do a style that he clearly did not know how to do. Once he got started I wasn't able to see my hair until it was complete. But the other ladies working there had to see this mess he was creating on my head and didn't say anything. Even worse, the stylist didn't have enough self respect to stop himself and just say it wasn't working. Because it was late when he finished my hair, and it was just he and I in the salon, I went on and paid him and left. I hoped that once I got home I could try and salvage the job, but it was too bad,(The twists were very wrong, all my parts showed, no uniformity, and the ends were very shabby) I had to take it down. My daughter who had referred me to him, confronted him saying that he know he was wrong and that he should refund my money. He says he's not giving me back my money but he will re-do my hair. I reminded him that he doesn't have the skill to do this style. I guess that doesn't matter. I provided this stylist with two really good pictures of the style I wanted and had worn often in the past. The work this stylist did was beyond bad. It lacked skill and technique. In the end, the stylist tried to blame my hair for the style not working. *I would say to this salon, the work that each stylist presents in that shop, strongly represents the shop. They should pay attention to this weak link and enforce some ethical codes and expectations to protect the reputation of the salon.
I got a partial sew-in with bundles included I believe a 10"-14"-16" loose wave I was told it would be 250 when I got to the shop I was charged 320 they are messy judgmental and use lots of profanity very unprofessional I felt uncomfortable the whole time I just sat there quiet and smiled.
The lady who done my sister hair did a great job.. but the atmosphere sucks.. the owner never speak no one greets you .. You can have awesome work but if you're Customer service is not good u will.lose customers

Don't make no damn sense! She do good hair but she take too damn long cause she can't be still. She always leave the shop and come back or text while she do hair. Don't get me wrong she do good hair but you'll be sitting there for hours for something so simple.
They are so professional here. My hair always turn out the way I would like. The atmosphere is laid back and cool.
These ladies are rude,unprofessional and Stuck up! The place has a alright scenery but the vibe(attitudes) is hood! I walked in, got nothing but eyes, No Hello or Welcome... Then I was brushed off with absolutely no service! No Goodbyes, have a good day.. NOTHING!
