Prior to leaving this review, I brought my issue directly with Store Manager, Andre Mccollum, and received absolutely no resolution, action, or follow-up. Monday, March 6th, I had an appointment at this branch for servicing of my mortgage. The associate at this branch was unable to complete my request due to "bank policy." I wasted about an hour at the branch without getting anything accomplished. I requested to see the written policy or anything in writing. Manager Andre Mcollum was unable to produce any written documentation. I followed up with him the next day, still no documentation. Went to another branch and my request was taken care of in 20 minutes. Go to another bank! My account is closed and I will not be doing business with Wells Fargo going forward.
