I tried to opt out of overdraft protection, but your options are either $36 overdraft fee if they pay the transaction, or $36 if they decline the transaction. How about an option where they just decline the transaction period! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Horrific customer service. Constantly having to call in to unlock my CC whenever I try to do a transaction. They flag half of my transactions for no good reason. They need an alert like every other big name bank, so I can automatically accept or decline my purchase.

many bill pay payments that never arrived creating late fees..... payments showing up late after I was closing the account (weeks after sent) and then deposited, over-drafting. In one case charged me twice for the same check. Non-responsive. Technology is horrible and systems are ridiculous to use. Complacent people who twice messed up my check order, and never gave me my fob to be able to send wires after 3-4 requests.

Do yourselves a favor and DON'T switch to Bank of North Georgia or Synovous which owns them.

I could go on and on and on with have lackluster this bank is but I have other things to do.

They take very long at this bank. There was no line and MsPatrice took 30 minutes to give me a money order . My experience today was ridiculous . I no longer want to bank here no more . My money order said one amount that I didn't ask for .

I have always enjoyed my times in conducting my banking needs.. The employees are helpful, and very friendly..and I always leave feeling more than just a customer..but a friend...

When I do call in they ask so many security questions that it usually takes up 90% of the phone call, instead of servicing the customer.

You may ask why don't you just go to another bank? ...I have so many accounts and business with them that it would be a full time job to make it happen.

Speaking of the branch president she is very helpful....when she is available. They have her so overburdened with work, since the downsized the staff, to increase profitability.

Great walk-in service; always ready to go the extra step if I need it. Great bank branch!

I tried to do an address change on the many accounts I have with them, and it took over a month, and I finally had to call the branch president for it to happen.
