Worst Customer Service Ever! I would never go to this location again.
Like all businesses, not everyone can do everything.
They have boundaries and rules.
Very slow to cash a cashier's check from their own bank.
Always helpful and patient. It's not the tellers that are slow, it's the high maintenance customers that slow it all down.
It may not look like everyone is working, but they are.
It's a federal bank!
More people standing around do nothing then actually working. Very slow to get anything done. Staff not friendly at all. Unless you have time to kill there are better options.
Bank of America has been pitiful for it's entire existence. They will rip you off like a desperate thief.
