This is a great venue for concerts. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The food and beverage choices are amazing and the staff is very friendly and know their stuff. Parking seems plentiful but we typically stay in walking distance and walk

Other than that it is a very nice facility well planed and laid out for maximum enjoyment of the event. Plenty of concessions and restrooms close to all seating .

A great place for concerts, but they changed their smoking policy. Before, we could go outside in an enclosed area. But, it seems the smoke Nazis have struck again. I'm not a drinker of alcohol, but I was subjected to very drunk, rude, and obnoxious people. The smokers were always outside and not bothering anybody. Need I remind whomever runs that place, that alcohol kills and ruins more lives than cigarette smoke. And then it struck me, you don't make money on us non-drinking smokers. But, the drunks can almost ruin a great concert.

Fairly efficiently built, with great visibility from all seats and sections! Now if only they'd make it better for the concerts they opt to host in it. Basketball arenas make for poor concert venues, audibly, and it shows when I struggle to understand the words coming from bands and artists onstage.

I just arrived here for the first time for a Dead & company concert on 11-29-17. It took over an hour for me to find the Georgia's Own credit union parking deck that I purchased parking for. GPS has me doing loops around the arena for an hour looking for a sign a road anything. No signs nothing posted on how to get to the parking deck.

Also, they need some better line setups for the merch booth areas. There are partitions for food store fronts but not band merch? Gets way too crowded way too quickly.

Great venue for an NBA game. Not a bad seat in the house. Very good food and drink options during the game so come hungry!
