Seems like i am always parked on the opposite side of my seating area. Other than that it was great. Left just a few minutes earlier than the game finished and had no trouble getting on interstate heading back north. Had a blast.
Great looking stadium inside and out. The vertical drop at the very top of the stadium isn't harrowing at all. The 360 panoramic view overhead is perfect at every angle. Parking is still an issue, ride share if possible. With refillable drink stations and moderately priced foods you feel like your money can be well spent.
Speaking of food, they need more places to stand and eat. They also need bigger condiment bars. There's no room to put your tray/box down while you are putting stuff on your food. Also, who doesn't put out small plastic cups for ketchup for fries? That's fast food 101.
Went there for the Garth Brooks concert and was not impressed. The acoustics were awful. We were in the 100 section and could barely make out vocals due to the awful echo. The concert was covered by the news it was so bad, and many are expecting refunds.
Food service could have been quicker. I waited in line for 15 minutes! And, they ran out of trays!
It's beautiful and truly a site to behold. A lot of creative energy went into building this venue. The place is so huge it is impossible to feel crowed or walk into each other. The roof lights up real pretty, and the close circuit screen are just the best viewing for replays.
The venue was mostly clean, except for the restrooms...which sadly is the norm for sporting venues.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a beautiful structure. Very "Fan" friendly. The seating is awesome no matter where you are seated. All of the concession areas are set quite nicely. The stadium employees are very friendly and the security is awesome. My experience was great. Will go back as often as I can.
The food was as cheap as advertised. On the same note, I now know why it's cheap: you need twice as much. I had a chicken sandwich that contained probably a 4oz piece of meat.
Looking thru the windows over section 103, u can see the best of downtown. U must visit. It'll make u proud of Atlanta.
