I stopped by today when Delta failed to leave my initial location until my connecting flight was leaving.....I was stuck in ATL for ten hours. Kieran gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I got to relax in their massage chairs and enjoyed the bad situation more than I expected!
If something is offered at your salon, and you're the paid employee there to perform it than that's literally your job. Very disappointing.
Nice, sweet woman but the shaping of my nails were off, my cuticles were completely snagged and cut unevenly, and my polishing was terrible. I asked for very square shaping, but ended up with really round, short stubs. I had a baby pink color, which the application isn't easiest, but she literally dabbed the brush on my toes. When I showed her they were halfway on my toenail, she proceeded to dabbed more and more. So on top of having 5-8 layers of polish, depending on which toes she fixed, they were all uneven. Some sides have polish but it was not smooth. They didn't look fresh; it made my polish look like 2 weeks old because they weren't hugging the cuticles. She offered to fix them some more but I told her no, because then they'll be too layer and will take forever to dry.
I work in the nail industry to know what services are what, and the technician I had was decent. But she forgot to perform a lot of things on me. So when I told her, she was literally making excuses and saying she already did them. I proceeded to show her the descriptions off their website, and what she did not do.
Came here for a bikini wax (which is listed on their menu) only to be told that they couldn't perform it because the technician onsite wasn't comfortable with that service.
I was so embarrassed at the way my feet looked, that I chose not to show them off when I accompanied my friend at his conference.
Walked in and got a classic mani/pedi. Jen was wonderful and did a lovely job. Such an relaxing break on my journey.
Maybe I'll come here for a massage, but never ever will I acquire any nail services here.
My heels were actually more dry and rough from the service than before I even came here. I told the manager on site, who gave me 10 dollars off my service, so my total is now 55 (was 65). But after tipping, I spent 70 dollars here for a subpar pedicure that I should have relaxed and benefitted from.
My wait time was only 15 minutes, I got Erica C as my tech. She made a great recommendation on layering gel polishes to make a custom rose gold that turned out beautiful! I will definitely be back when traveling for work!
