I went in yesterday evening, Friday at 6:45, for a couples massage with my girlfriend. The massage therapists were great! Thank you Maria and Sheila! However, the receptionists and the nails salon that is right next to the rooms can be easily heard down the hall way and through the walls. The whole time we were getting our massage we could hear two people laughing it up and talking back and forth in the nail salon. Finally I had to tell Maria to ask them to be quite. The talking didn't end, because the receptionists at the front were still talking and laughing. I felt very annoyed that we spent 200$ on a nice date night activity, and it wasn't anywhere near a relaxed and peaceful situation. If you are looking to mentally escape as well as physically be healed. This is not the place to go. I explained to the lady that took my credit card the situation. She gave me I think a 5-10% discount. But that did not make up for my time and frustration. THANKS!
I booked a 'Signature Spa Day' for my birthday at Natural Body in Brookhaven. I finished the first part of my service and had to wait 30 minutes for the next service to begin. When no one came to take me for the next service, I walked up to the front desk to learn that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I had to cancel the rest of the service and what was upsetting was that no one apologized and in fact made it seem like they were doing me a favor by letting me cancel.
Lolita is AWSOME!!! She instantly knows my aches and she is the only person I will of to at this location. You are doing a disservice to yourself if you don't try her out.

Lolita has changed my life! She gives the BEST massages ever. I see Lolita for a 90 minute deep tissue massage every 3 weeks, and every time I leave Natural Body, I find myself already looking forward to my next appt. I don’t even have to tell her where my problem areas are. She is able to find the exact spot(s) on her own. Her attitude and personality only add to the 5 star experience. I can’t say enough about her! Sheila usually checks me in/out. She is warm and friendly and always has something nice to say.
