The staff is super nice and awesome at helping me every time I come in. They are so friendly!!
I am so disappointed with this location. I came in looking for a suit which they shockingly did not have and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The staff did not greet me or my mother when we walked in nor did they ask if I needed any help. When I finally did ask them for assistance they were not helpful and acted like they did not know what was in the store. Very clean and nice layout though, just wish the staff was more friendly.
Super excited that I finally have an Ann Taylor Loft close by! Since the store is new, it is clean, the sales associates are friendly, and they are not too crowded. Would highly recommend checking out this store and the other stores in the Emory Point area. Very excited about this new residential and shopping development and look forward to returning here soon!
