There was only one associate to help customers. He returned from the back with shoes for a customer and said he'd be with me after he helped two customers before me. Understandable.
When he returned for the second time, he put the shoes I requested to the side and disappeared again.
It's not the actual retailer. You can't return shoes from any actual finish line retail.
Poor service, those girls at the register kept on talking rubbish about customers. Shameful
He went to the back AGAIN only to bring out the wrong shoe and the wrong size in another. And instead of making it right, he begins to ring up a customer who arrived after me, gave a half apology, and stated he'll look for my shoes again when he went to the back - AFTER he rang up more customers.
When visiting the Finish Line at Lenox Mall inside of Macy's, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service.
When he returned for the third time, he began to request shoe sizes from customers that came up AFTER me. When I said something about it, he proceeded to loudly explain his reason for his poor service - as I explained his perception.
I WILL NEVER RETUN
Can't return shoes from any other retail store!
This pitiful customer service was a waste of 37 minutes of my day.
