Nice parking place. Reasonable price of $15. Good location. EV chargers available.
The people are rude and hateful. They called me derogatory things and refused to serve me.
$15 for Georgia High School Football Championship. Lot is fine but the dome gates need to be able to go inside easier. They had us walk from gate D which was closed to C then told had to go to A which was clear across the country felt like. Carrying a 18 month old baby is way too much with wife 9 months pregnant.
My experience with this deck has mostly been from going to MomoCon. For big events like that, they sometimes block the entrance to the parking deck with security guards. You'll have to pay online ahead of time and show them your receipt to actually get to the entrance of the deck.
The deck itself is nice enough and luckily had prepaid for a parking spot. The traffic control getting there was terrible. There were tons of cars directed down the road without passes that then had to turn back creating a huge backup. It took us almost an hour to go the last 5 miles. Was nice to be right at the dome for parking but next time I'd probably park further away to avoid that mess and walk.
The most convenient place to park if you're going to an event at the World Congress Center. Parking is generally $10 a day (no overnight) or $15 with overnight. The people at the gates tend to be tired and not super helpful. The deck is an absolute pain to get out of, mostly due to constant construction and blocked exits. I also know a few people who have had their cars broken into or hit-and-run while there so it isn't the safest but this is also Atlanta. That stuff happens.
