Beware this parking lot - will boot your car as soon as your ticket expires! They
only give you a 4 hour or full day option . I was stuck in passport office for
more than 4 hours and it was 30 minutes past my time and my tires was booted!!
5 times and the voice mail was full and not accepting messages. No operator
Park at your own risk. No attendant to help clear traffic when events let out. 1 hour just to leave the garage. Horrible experience.
This is a pure scam and deceptive!
This is the worst parking deck I have ever seen and LAZ Parking is a terrible company to deal with. One time both the exit booths were out of order and no one could get out, about 10 people were stuck for 45 minutes. We called the phone number we could find, and the guy said he had called the manager of the area already, but got no response so he couldn't do anything. We basically had to keep pressing #'s until one of the booths reset after 45 minutes. Terrible company. The manager never responded.
Great parking deck its well lighted.
I don't know how to rate a parking garage. But o like this one, it's easy to get in and out, usually has space on the weekends, next to the High and other great stuff within walking distance. The usual price of $10.
$75 to remove even though i was there when the attendant was booting my tires.
