And the people who work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. When you finally get someone on the phone, they talk to you as if you were ignorant.
I originally gave them a one star because I did not receive any return calls from them. I was finally to get a live person who sounded concerned and was able to help. As she send an email for me she provided a number as well and with that number I spoke to another person who actually helped me with no problem. For that I will give them a 3.5. Because it's so hard to get in contact with them.

The WORST people to get in touch with. Never pick up their phones, never return phone calls if you leave a message, never call you back when they say they will. I hate having to call them when we have a problem getting into the parking deck, which unfortunately is ALL THE TIME. The cards never work for monthly card-holders. And if we do have a problem, it always takes over a week with multiple unreturned and unanswered phone calls until we can finally get in touch with someone and it is fixed. Even then, it'll take another week to get a new card. Its ridiculous.
The absolute worst. I have called and emailed them. Over the past week because I was double charged at the Emory hospital parking deck. Not once have they attempted to return any of my messages. Next step is to go see them in person which I have no problems doing.
