Sometimes they work, other times they dont, and you lose your hard earned money. On top of that, it's such an exhausting experience getting in touch with the company for refunds because the phone always goes to voicemail for someone by the name of Traylor Keaton. This person takes weeks on ends to call back and it ultimately feels like thievery. Our household relies on these machines. Wish the the name "genuine" lived up to its use.
