Over priced. Did a price check on a scarf w the cleaners behind Starbucks. They quoted $6.50. I was charged $12.50. They also lost clothing in the past that turned up a year later despite them denying they had it. No apology. We let that go until now I understand we have been gouged with pricing.

Not to mention every interaction I have had with this chick, she is stone-faced and not friendly at all. Seriously, go to any other cleaners.

Secondly, I dropped a dress off one time that I had a small rip in the sleeve. I knew it was there and had planned on getting my mom to sew it up as soon as I had it dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the girl at the front said, "You know there's a tear on the sleeve right?" and I said, "Yes, I know it's there." I thought she was asking to make sure I knew that the tear wasn't there fault, but I was wrong. I go to pick it up when the ticket says it will be ready and she tells me it's not ready because it was sent off for alteration. Excuse me? I then proceed to tell her that no one ever told me it was going to be sent off nor did I ask for it to be. She apologized and told me my dress would be ready by that afternoon. I go back the next day to pick up the dress and she charges me $25. Again, excuse me? I said, "$25? What?" and she says, "$12.50 for the dry cleaning, $12.50 for the alteration". I immediately responded, "Even though I didn't ask for it?" Without skipping a beat she makes a few clicks on the computer and says, "Ok, $12.50".

I used them several times, and the quality and service were decent. I stopped using them when they lost a shirt of mine. They paid me for the cost of the shirt, but the trust I had for them is gone. Now hunting for a new dry cleaners...

On numerous occasions pieces of clothing were given back to me but were not clean. When I brought the items back to have them redone, I was told I must have worn them again and would be charged (including a dress I was charged $35 to clean). I felt like I was being treated like a thief. I would not recommend this dry cleaner - they do average work and don't stand behind it.

For one, everything I've ever had dry cleaned there comes back smelling like someone's been wearing it for 3 days straight.

SO overpriced it's unreal. And when I balked at the $12.50 charge for one item (just dry cleaning, no alterations or anything special), the response I got from the cashier was "It's the area". So they jacked up the prices because they can get away with it because it's Buckhead. I get it, I work in Buckhead and there are people who wouldn't think twice about paying that much for dry cleaning but that doesn't give you the right to inflate your prices, especially when the services they offer are nothing to write home about.
