Finally found a stylist that knows what she's doing! Ashley was wonderful. I had a lace frontal installation. The wait was a bit long but I didn't realized I booked on a day that walk ins were accepted but it was well worth the money and time spent. I highly recommend this salon. As I'm typing this I am here for my second appointment to hv my hair touched up! And the best part of this salon is they are experienced in natural hair as well so when I take my protective style down...my natural hair can be serviced.
I'm not a review person but I have to write this one. I had Terrible experience, I had a 360 frontal done and it was nothing like it was suppose to, looked horrible. Was there for four hours because my stylist kept asking the other for advice on what to do. They told me $225 was including plucking after I arrived she said it was $30 more to pluck the hair. When I got done you could clearly see the lace at the front and at the back it was showing so bad that a regular sew in ponytail would have looked much much better. At the top, the lace was poking through, she told me if you touch it or go close you can see it but from a far you can't see that it's poking out, clearly not true, I got home and my sister was in the kitchen while I'm in the dinning room and she ask if I notice the hair poking through. I was going on vacation the next day, when I arrived everyone hated it. So I had to redo my hair the next day, I did a regular sew in and it was 100% better. Totally waste of my time and money. They will try to upsell you and do a poor job. Please do yourself a favor and stay away, it's not worth it.
Not for me... just not into high schoolers playing in my hair... girls was straight out of high school. Never again. I need experienced stylist!!
I received a frontal sew-in from this salon and it was moderately price. They Office Manager/ Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The stylist who FINISHED my hair also did a great job (I was passed off to her after my initial stylist had to leave early). The day before my service I purchased three bundles of body wave (22,22,24) , taking advantage of their $55 sale. Let me say, you get what you pay for. When I purchased the hair it had a nice S wave to it and it was oddly soft as a baby's skin. It did not feel like hair but I ignored that thought and proceeded to purchase the hair anyway. I washed the hair later that night and never saw that S wave again. It has been a week since my hair was done and my frontal is lifting and my bundles are almost bald. THEIR HAIR IS THE CHEAPEST QUALITY OF HAIR EVER! It tangles every 5 minutes, sheds every time you try to tame the tangles, it is definitely not body wave. This hair is comparable to braiding hair. I will never purchase another bundle from here. I should have known something when their very own stylist was like "Oh, you bought your hair from here" and then started wrestling with the hair just to get the brush/comb through.
The salon is amazing! The people are so precessional and personable. The offer the best services and are helpful with whatever questions that you have. Definitely got a permanent customer!
