I would go back to his office because the prices are better than most other clinics; however, I would request to see another doctor.
I have been their customer for 5 years. I highly recommend them, I have Botox done every 4 months and it looks very natural, I also have the Venus treatment done and it works very well. Lase hair removal which I'm very satisfied. And the best its the Volume. Basically it one stop shop. Dr. McKenna and his staff are the best.
Markita the Physician Assistant is gifted with administering fillers she took 5 years off my face in 30 minutes. She knows what the face needs to be put in back into balance. I went to a plastic surgeon a year before her and he did not give me the results I was looking for. I will only go to her for my non surgical and anti-aging needs.A true talent with a caring and pleasant bed side manner.
I suggest people be a bit patient with the fact that their schedule is somewhat full. This seems to otherwise be an incredibly professional place for these sort of outpatient, elective medical procedures.
I believe Dr. McKenna is very knowledgeable but he was very rude. It seemed like he resented that I was taking up his time even though I was a paying customer.
Chose Shape Medical to get some laser hair removal done. They're definitely a bit swamped in terms of customers, but they still managed to get me an appointment fairly soon after I requested it. Everyone there was extremely polite and friendly, and the technician went out of her way to make sure that I would be as comfortable as possible through the procedure. I'm already starting to shed some hairs, and I've researched the laser they use -- it's one of the more effective ones on the market.
I went for botox and results didn't last month...this doctor applied something from an unlabeled bottle THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY DILUTED.. to a point ..it was just water... plus staff there is very unfriendly...and the 'doctor..." .plain ARROGANT..They changed their name for a reason.. it was before SHAPE MED or something..
