poor customer service, the women who work there has bad attitudes, they call you before your payment is due a week before and when you don't answer they send threating letter's to you job and home as if they gave you a cool million, and they cover up for there manager when he don't want to the phone.
You pay a price for this kind of loan. Everything is fine when you get it and granted for those who can't get a loan through other means they do come through. However don't have an emergency where you can't pay. The general manager doesn't care quite frankly is very uncaring, demeaning and threatening to sue. I understand it is business but theres no need to be nasty. If you go with them just pay it off as quickly as you can.
they are crooks. I filed for bankruptcy and they still taking money out of my account. and hanging up the phones and cussing people out.
