I wasnt going to review this company. BUT I must say never in a million years have I been so diapointed. I looked on BBB website and saw a complaint that was all to similar with what mine is going to be. I saved ALL my emails that were sent from debroh brown, threatening with garnishments for over a year now repeatedly. My sister responded. I also saved alll voicemails and recorded comversations. I was told by jackie that she will garnish me it will go on my credit report then i wont ever get anything. Imma play the recording to be sure but yep. Then she hung up in my face. My feelings were hurt. She forced me to pay over 400 when i only owed over 200 and i only recieved 140 something that i paid back in two payments but their interest rate is so high and un fair and the cared nothing about my auto accidents. So i went and paid everything they said i owed because i was tired of the harrassment. I recorded our small convo that day. When i left i went and sought help from a friend who encourage me to contact the BBB, CFPB, and FTC..... and which thing would be handled from there. NEVER EVER RECIEVE ANYTHING from this company they are running an in fair business. However, im not the type to ever bait a company for a lawsuit b/c of my accident and all chips falling i honestly couldnt pay the interest. They seem nice. But be more than a day late because you probably passed a way or something... just know who ever gets your number will be threatened to death. Just dont do it to yourself. I hate having to do this but i never have been belittled over the phone sooooo badly by a company in my life. Check BBB,CFPB,FTC COMPLAINTS FIRST. worst company i ever in my entire life had to deal with. P.s they dont take cards so u will have to go in (just pray and breath its not worth that trip).
