I would never give any used car dealer a 5 star rating, so the highest that any would get would be a 4 in my book and I would rate our experience as a 3/12. My brother and I wanted to purchase my mother a new used car. They are a bit funky looking, they don't wash their cars very well or try to fix the dents or paint over scratches but they seem - for a used car dealer - to be very straight forward and honest. They let us take the car to have it inspected. They were willing to come down in price and neogtiate. No scam or hard sell or slimy anything. Pretty straight forward and willing to answer Qs about the true condition of each car. I would recommend them if you are wanting a used car - at least worth checking out.
