This was, by far, the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. Of course, the buyer must know what vehicle (s)he wants and what options are essential. Once that is known, you go to the Carvana site and select your vehicle of interest. My vehicle of choice was a 2013-14 Chevy Volt. I found the personnel to be uniformly polite, efficient, and well-informed.. The financial side was handled well. Once a required documents were submitted, delivery was scheduled. Thomas, the local Carvana staffer, called ahead and delivered a clean, ready-to-drive car when promised. Within 45 minutes, I had tested it out and signed all the remaining paperwork. Carvana also provided me a generous trade-in on my previous car, loaded it on their flatbed, and the deal was done. Thomas phoned me on day 6 of the 7-day trial to confirm my satisfaction and answer any other questions. How could you do better than a deal like this. And I didn't have to "deal" with "dealers"!

I went online during the early stages of researching my purchase. I've seen the Carvana Commercials and thought "what a cool idea". Since everything was done online, I just started browsing the inventory with actual images of the actual cars. Clear, close, in and out. It showed the down payment amount and the monthly amount, so I continued to follow the prompts. I completed the application, uploaded my docs and was approved in minutes. The contracts were on my account dashboard so I signed and submitted them online. The whole process began on Saturday. I picked up my car on Tuesday. I arrived early to pick it up so they gave me gift card to go and grab coffee and pastries while they finished detailing my car. The office was very laid back and made me very comfortable. Carvana has set a new standard for buying a car and I will never enter a car dealership again. Thank you.
