Very good group of guys willing to help you and educate you on first time purchases. I brought the kid I am mentoring with his broken bike and they serviced it. The customer service we experienced was what had me coming back a month later to buy my own bike. A lot of shops around Atlanta have good ratings but these guys really earn my 5 stars and appreciation. Thank you again!
Hands down, the best service experience I've had in a retail store anywhere. The owner and his staff are so incredibly friendly and customer focused. My partner bought me a bike for our first anniversary and after 2 months I was just not comfortable with it. Brought it in, they determined it was not the right bike for me, switched it out, changed the gear shift type, added other features-- and one week later called that my new bike was ready. No additional charge.
