I came here with a group of about 9 on Saturday September 29. They was a bit short staffed and our food and drinks took a long time. However, Dean who I believe is the manager or owner, came out with probably another assistant manager or whoever and took care of our bill. They even got us another round of drinks on them because things weren't all good with us. We appreciated this because it won't always be smooth sailing but they made sure we was good. Harolds got my vote. Food and Drinks came out fast. Atmosphere is chilled hip hop. No complaints. Definitely worth looking into.
Best fried chicken and catfish I have had in a long while. They also provided two hot dipping sauces made in house. It was sauce heaven. My friend and I came when there was low traffic. The experience may differ when the place is full.
I heard great things about this place from my friends. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. The service was good however the food was not that great. I had whiting and chicken. The chicken was tasty but the whiting was over cooked to the point where I was only eating breading. I was happy to see that they made fresh lemonade with the drinks although I did think it was a bit over priced. I'm on the fence about returning.
My food was fried perfectly and tasted great, the service was very good, and the drinks were stiff, and came quickly.
I'm definitely adding this place to my Atlanta rotation, for when I'm in town.
