I was so very pleased to have the opportunity to transfer here from Chattahoochee Technical College and have many of my credits transferred in. I was very pleased with everyone that helped me through the admissions process, placement testing process, and financial aid process. There were some hiccups in the beginning as to trying to figure out how to get ready to start my next phase in my education as I was coming into the university at the last minute. Thanks be to God as he made a way for me to get all documentation in and I began my newest journey of completing my Bachelors Degree the Labor Day weekend. There are many different areas of specialization in various degrees at Devry University. I am proud to be a part of this university and I value the education that is being taught here. It can be challenging, but I am loving every minute of it so far. I am definitely becoming a better person because of my experience with this university. I would like to inspire everyone to go for their dreams, no matter your age or what you may be going through. I have been homeless for a minute, but I am still succeeding in my classes and having faith that all will work out in my favor! I can't wait to walk across that stage in one year from now! I am most proud because I am a mother of two sons who are both going to college in January 2013 in Texas and Georgia, and I hope that my success even though its 20 years later will be an inspiration to my sons as well as other single, divorced mothers who work a full-time job. The sky is the limit and thank you Devry University for helping me to achieve my goals of completing my Bachelors Degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Accounting. Who knows maybe I will even go on to receive my Masters degree!
