I requested a quote to have our roof replaced. The estimate was set 3 days later at my work place. Once we agreed on terms i gave them our deposit, and the work obviously was scheduled around the rain. With a 50 percent chance of rain i had no idea they were going to attempt this on this day. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. They took great care in set up, doing the job properly, and clean up. They were very considerate of our home and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend, but if i had to give any advice, i would never try to replace a roof with the chance of rain being so great..
From start to finish everything went pretty smooth, the Dumspter guys took out a bush, which could have been avoided. Overall we are happy. If i could tell management to try not to finish the job so fast. With the time in the day being so short, they were literally finishing up at dark, and it was hard to inspect the work, and clean up.
I needed some roof repair and got my 3 estimates, all from highly rated companies on here. Two were ridiculously high for what needed to be done. Atlanta Roofing came in at about what I had in mind and explained every part to my satisfaction, something the other two did not do very well at. They completed the work in one day, cleaned up to where you never would have known they were there. The work included removing and replacing our roof. They even cleaned my gutters without me ever asking or making it a part of the deal. Very satisfied customer here. I will definitely use them again.
We had Atlanta Roofing Construction Inc. put in a new roof in 2015 on our house shortly after we moved in, which came with a 10 year warranty. There is already an issue with the flashing around the old chimney that had been knocked out by previous owners. There is now a leak into our house causing water damage on the ceiling, and Atlanta Roofing Construction's phone number has been disconnected and we have received no responses to our emails or forms filled out on the website. When they first put the roof on, they knocked off the vent hood for our furnace in our attic causing carbon monoxide to be directed into our house. Thankfully we had a CO detector that went off in the middle of the night. We couldn't use our heat in the middle of the winter for more than a week because Atlanta Roofing gave us the run around for a while. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Rodney sent his crew came out and resolved a long standing challenge that I had with our roof leaking. They were professional and prompt and went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied. The customer service was greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing work !
