I pulled my hamstring while running. I needed to rehab my hamstring and be able to sprint again within 5 to 6 weeks. Dylan and Tim worked with constantly and setup custom high functioning workout to help me get to where I needed to be. In addition, Dylan is great at Dry Needling as well. I am very grateful to have worked with Dylan.
The services and staff here are AMAZING. I was in recovery from both a hernia operations and a herniated disc between my L4/L5 vertebrae. My program here took about 6 weeks. It was awesome. The staff is super friendly, approachable, and incredibly personable with their clients. I enjoyed my PT sessions, am back to 100% with my job (law enforcement and volunteer firefighting) thanks to these folks. If I get injured again and need physical therapy, I will absolutely be returning to Physiotherapy Associates (Windy Hill location)!
The staff and pt were great and this review has nothing do with their service. Billing is a HUGE PAIN. They always have my payments incorrect and six months after leaving pt I am still receiving invoices from them. You can never get anyone on the phone...you wait 30-40 mins only to be disconnected or transfer to a voicemail. This is suppose to be a place of health and wellness, but they must have forgotten that. Sorry Dylan but I will NEVER use your services again as long as you are attach to "psycho" place
Dylan was awesome! I got great attention and was able to have a quick recovery. I definitely recommend coming here as they work with you and your insurance to make sure you get the care you need.
Great place! Having to go to PT is never a fun thing but Dylan was helpful and made it fun by laughing at my puns! Everyone there was hospitalble.
