Great food and always friendly. Only bad part is I keep getting chunks of black mold in my ice from their ice machine. I've brought it to their attention but it keeps getting worse.

Love this place, I do work in the surrounding office complex, but independent of that this is a fantastic establishment. Lightning fast service, friendly staff who greet you when they say you, totally reasonable prices. Not much more to say, a perfect breakfast/lunch spot!
