Absolutely DISGUSTING! I stayed at the Hyatt Regency and arrived late. They said this was the only place available at that time. Food took over an hour to arrive and it taste terrible. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude! She kept interrupting me, then made me repeat what I already said. I don't think this is a real restaurant. If I could give them zero stars I would. BE WARNED! STAY AWAY!
Lying thieves. Took two hours for them to call me and tell me they had to cancel our order through Seamless when they had quoted us 35 minutes. The next day they tried not to refund our money so I called Seamless and they lied to the representative and told her they tried to deliver to us twice and we never answered. Ridiculous. Seamless refunded our money because they were obviously lying. These people are scum and I don't know how this place is still allowed to operate.
Is there any way to give zero stars? Seriously. We waited two hours, with no word from the store. (We ordered online. Luckily, we wanted to pay in cash so no money lost...) After two hours, I called and the woman who answered the phone sounded so frantic and loud that I couldn't understand her most of the time. She first told me the delivery driver was on the way, alright, fine. Maybe they were busy and just now got to making our order. I waited fifteen more minutes, and called again. Then, she said SHE was walking into the lobby. (I'm standing in the lobby at this point.) Okay, so she is now the delivery driver. Fifteen minutes later, I call again, since I AM IN THE LOBBY, with no lady, no food. She now says she is at the red light. Okaaaay. Which red light? After five more minutes, I cancelled the order. Forget it. This is a terrible business that should never have been opened. Triple B anybody?
After waiting more than 1 hour; we contacted the delivery and nobody answered..... they are absolutely unreliable and unresponsible. And the end we are still waiting and nobody showed up, after 2 hours of waiting. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AND I DONT RECCOMEND ANYBODY TO TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
Trust the other reviews, I feel like an idiot for not reading them beforehand. Although the service was good, and they did arrive on time, the chicken was spoiled though and made me sick immediately. Sketchy ordering situation too, I cancelled my credit card just to be safe, especially after reading other reviews. If you're trying to get delivery food after midnight, AVOID this place at all costs and just get pizza like a normal person. You'll be thankful when you aren't hugging the toilet like me from food poisoning.
