They kept me waiting 3 weeks for an estimate then backed out of the job with no other explanation. The girl on the phone spewed some line about the job not being profitable. They could name whatever price they want, so that makes little sense to me. Sounds MORE like they have no control over their technicians and are irresponsible with jobs that ask for a timeline for completion. Very unprofessional.
Couldn't be happier with their service and price. Very professional, timely, and they do great work. I deal with contractors ALL the time and this has got to be the best company I've ever had come out to do any kind of repair.

She directed me to speak with Rick G. who gave me all kinds of advice and helpful hints to help with diagnosis and limit the amount of time they would need to bill. He ended up coming out to figure out the electrical mystery. He was knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and kind. On top of that he answered my many questions and made me feel comfortable with the outcome. This company cares about their customers and are fairly priced. I can't recommend this business enough. I will definitely support this local company!
