Spent a layover here....Airport seems well managed from my short time here. Definitely worth noting that it is busy! But flows pretty smoothly; not like a delay-type busy but more of high-volume-type busy. Lots of dining options and the airport staff seems friendly from my observations of them with other passengers :) If you have the option like I did for choosing an airport for your connecting flight, then this is worth a serious consideration

Would have been nice to explore the airport a bit more but all our time was in transition and boarding. Maybe next time..
Pretty cool airport....especially for kids. HINT: when you get off your plane, don't get on the train to baggage claim....walk. There is a different museum in each terminal (pictured are the jungle museum, and the Georgia history museum, but there's also an art museum, and more). Really cool travel experience!
WiFi is pretty slow too - was faster on the plane.
A much better transition through here this week from Cancun to Amsterdam than we had last week through JFK the other way, only 45 minutes in total. Much more impressed.
This is a good example of the modern international airport. The Plane Train moves people quickly between the terminals. However, in some terminals you may have a very long walk down the wing to your gate. For example terminal E, one of the international terminals has no people movers. There are lots of restaurants and shops. Restrooms are clean and easy to locate.
One of my favorite airports to travel through. Considering it is consistently one of the busiest in the world, we enjoy the ease of getting around it and the selections of food in each terminal. We seem to have friendlier interactions with the employees here than in other airports nationwide. Must be the Southern hospitality. :) Now that we travel with our baby we especially appreciate the little added attention such as how they let us go though the shorter security line with our stroller and have family restrooms for changing diapers, etc.
